The living space and master bedrooms are taken towards the front side to get the spectacular view of the street. With our architectural services, the kitchen has been located towards the backside of the villa making for a more private space that is also easily accessible by residents. The site is accessed from one street. The project incorporates ground, first and second floors contributing to the astronomical nature of the modern residential construction and design. The main entrance of the villa is aligned towards the North side. Hence we provided large openings and sky lights to bring more natural light inside.
