The impressively constructed Nuzha villa is best described as true "Modern - Moroccan Architectural Style." We at Al Murshed Design delivered our expert residential architectural design services to produce a residential work of art in Kuwait. The facade treatment is done with Moroccan arches, modern rectangular openings and projections. The front facade of the villa is symmetrically balanced with proper massing in the structure. The concept is simple; more day lighting means less artificial light and greater energy savings, so we provided large openings to bring more natural light inside. The main door is being highlighted with the Moroccan arched opening. The basement and ground floor of the villa are designed as a public gathering space, whereas the upper floors are being designed as private spaces.
