The site of the Funaitees Villa is accessed from two sides which presented a challenge. With the professionalism and the creative genius of our architectural design services, the Al Murshed professionals managed to develop a sound design plan. The front entrance for family and guest whereas the rear entrance for the renters and service use. The living space and master bedroom are taken towards the front side to get the spectacular view of the street. The kitchen has been pushed towards the backside of the villa. The facade treatment is done with classic architectural elements and materials were used to add beauty, richness and elegance to the design. The villa is made up of basement, ground, first and second floors. Basement includes a unique space for family gathering and a swimming pool which is open to living area. The ground floor is characterized as main gathering space with a large reception. First floor is designed as sleeping-relaxation area and second floor has two private apartments adding exceptional property value. All was achieved with our architectural design service.
