The main concept of the Al Yaseen Villa design project undertaken by Al Murshed design is to have separate unit on ground, first and second floor for the Mother and the families of her two Sons. Based on our architectural design services in Kuwait, the spaces are organized based on the hierarchy of privacy. The ground floor is designed as public gathering space and master bedroom, whereas the first floor and second floor holds bedrooms, maid rooms and laundry room. We incorporated practical elements typical of properties in Kuwait. The villa is designed as a rectangular shape villa enhanced with large openings facing towards the street allowing maximum light and visibility. The ground floor holds a sunken courtyard garden and daily living areas all with views to the garden. The ambiance of the space is characterized by natural lighting received from an exterior elevated garden. The front elevation of the villa is facing the south side which presented a challenge; however, there is no real estate project that is too complex for the Al Murshed architectural design service to handle.
