The main concept is to have a separate unit on the ground, first and second floor. The ground floor is designed for family living and includes bright spacious living as determined by the Al Murshed architectural design team. The first and second floor is inspired by our expert architecture design service, for investment reason and each floor has its own living area and master bedrooms. The site is accessed from one street. The front elevation of the villa is facing west side. The Cantilevered canopies are used to minimize the heat and light. To make this villa more appealing for occupants/tenants we designed this welcoming facade in order to invite the people to tenure the apartments. We included innovative build strategies to develop a welcoming space.
