Having developed a concept of what our designers dub as “Mediterranean Modernism”, this Villa is designed with our professional architectural services, to accommodate three families with each family having a separate private space from each other and is a beautiful property in Kuwait. It is defined by a unique circulation system that provides total accessibility towards the adjacent space. Each space is created with its own identity and integrity, but carries a functional relationship between each other. In addition, the uppermost floor is created by our architectural design service, as separate family dwelling having its own access from the ground floor and is segregated in a way that personal privacy does not interfere with everyday building function.
